"...but a stream would rise from the earth, and water the whole face of the ground" (Gen. 2.6). Someone has said, "Water is life." There is no greater testimony to this than bringing water to an impoverished area.

This past year, with the financial donations of many reading this post, lives in the village of Chinyudze, Zimbabwe were changed significantly. One of the greatest testimonies to this is the difference it made in farming.

Attached are pictures of the gardening project at Chinyudze, before and after the well was drilled. --- Corn last growing season. --- This season was much more productive, with Kale, potatoes and tomatoes.

Zimbabwe Holiday Food Baskets

As the holiday season approaches, we invite your support to help vulnerable families in Zimbabwe access basic food needs. Economic hardships and severe drought have worsened food insecurity, particularly in Mashonaland East Province where All God’s Children/Aaron’s Place serves. The 2025 ZimLAC report shows that nearly 300,000 people in this area need urgent food assistance, with more than 45% of households lacking adequate nutrition.

For a donation of $20 you can supply a family of 4 with a food basket containing mealie meal, beans, rice, flour, and cooking oil. These items have been carefully selected to provide balanced nutrition and support family health. These essentials not only meet immediate hunger needs but also foster togetherness as families prepare and share meals during the holiday season.

Your contribution directly improves well-being, reduces the stress of food insecurity, and helps families celebrate the holiday season with dignity. We are deeply grateful for your past generosity and invite you to join us once more in spreading hope, joy, and sustenance this Christmas.

We will be taking donations till December 14th.

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

REMEMBERING MARTYRS: On this day in 1896, Bernard Mizeki was martyred. Born in Mozambique, he landed in what is today Zimbabwe as a missionary. He married the granddaughter of the supreme chief, and while he gained the favor of some, witch doctors were furious about his work. He was urged to leave h...
