This Sunday, Pastor Alyssa will be looking at Matthew 18:15-20. Verses 18-20 are often taken out of context. What if they don't mean what you may have been lead to believe that they mean? Inconceivable, you may say. Join us either in person or online on Sunday at 10AM and Pastor Alyssa will share a different possible interpretation of this text in context with Jesus' words. We will be finishing up our look at Genesis by looking at Exodus 1:8-2:10. Later Bible editors divided up the Scriptures into books, chapters, and verses so Exodus was a part of Genesis, so it's natural to look at this text in light of the book of Genesis. This text is a way to wrap up everything that we have learned in Genesis. It's also a challenge, to courageously consider who is a part of God's beloved community. Hint: it's everybody.
