Hoy celebramos que Jesús se queda con nosotros en la Eucaristía: Pan vivo que da vida, fuerza y esperanza. 🙌

¿Te has preguntado por qué la Misa importa tanto?

Porque ahí está Jesús: Pan vivo que no se acaba. 💛

Hoy, en Corpus Christi, recordamos que la Eucaristía no es un símbolo “bonito” — es presencia real: Jesús que se entrega para que tengamos vida.

“Yo soy el pan vivo que ha bajado del cielo… El que come de este pan vivirá para siempre.”

Reto LaRED: esta semana, haz un plan con tu grupo/amigxs: vayan a Misa o pasen un rato en adoración. Llévale a Jesús lo que traes por dentro — Él sí entiende.

Today, on Corpus Christi, we remember that the Eucharist isn’t a “nice” symbol — it’s the real presence: Jesus who gives themself so that we may have life.

“I am the living bread that came down from heaven… Whoever eats this bread will live forever.”

Hoy celebramos la Solemnidad de la Santísima Trinidad: Dios es Uno… y a la vez es Comunidad: Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo.

Después de Pentecostés volvemos al Tiempo Ordinario (verde), ese “tiempo de la Iglesia” donde toca vivir el Evangelio en lo cotidiano: en casa, en la escuela, en el trabajo, con la banda… ahí también se es discípulo.

Si miramos la historia completa, se nota un plan de amor brutal:

- El Padre nunca dejó de buscarnos, incluso cuando nos perdimos.
- El Hijo, Jesús, se hizo cercano: “El Verbo se hizo carne” (Jn 1,14) y nos mostró el rostro del Padre: “Quien me ha visto a mí ha visto al Padre” (Jn 14,9).
- El Espíritu Santo es el regalo que nos fortalece por dentro para vivir como hijas e hijos de Dios.

La Trinidad no es una idea complicada: es una invitación a amar como Dios ama: con unidad, entrega y comunión.

Reto de hoy: haz una oración corta:

“Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo, quédate conmigo en lo normal de mi día.”

🙏 Hoy celebramos a María, Madre de la Iglesia: una memoria que nos recuerda algo hermoso y muy real: la maternidad de María se extiende también a nosotros y a toda la Iglesia, porque así lo quiso Jesús. 💙

✨ ¿Sabías que esta celebración quedó fijada por el Papa Francisco en 2018, justo el lunes después de Pentecostés, cuando celebramos el nacimiento de la Iglesia? 🕊️ Y aunque es “nueva” en el calendario, la Iglesia viene rezando y hablando de María como Madre desde hace muchísimo: San Pablo VI la proclamó “Madre de la Iglesia” en 1964, y San Juan Pablo II impulsó su veneración en 1980. ⛪

🤲 Hoy, encomendemos nuestra vida, nuestros procesos y nuestra Pastoral Juvenil a María:

que nos enseñe a caminar en fe, a cuidar a los demás y a construir Iglesia con alegría. 🌿😊

🌹 María, Madre de la Iglesia… ¡ruega por nosotros! 🙏

🙏 Today we celebrate Mary, Mother of the Church: a memorial that reminds us of something beautiful and very real—Mary’s motherhood extends to us and to the whole Church, because Jesus willed it so. 💙

✨ Did you know that Pope Francis established this memorial in 2018, on the Monday after Pentecost, the day we celebrate the birth of the Church? 🕊️ And although it is “new” to the calendar, the Church has been praying and speaking of Mary as Mother for a very long time: Pope Paul VI proclaimed her “Mother of the Church” in 1964, and Pope Saint John Paul II encouraged devotion to her in 1980. ⛪

🤲 Today, let us entrust our lives, our journeys, and our Youth Ministry to Mary:

may she teach us to walk in faith, to care for others, and to build the Church with joy. 🌿😊

Pentecostés no es “un día más”: es el momento en que Dios te llena de su Espíritu y te saca del miedo para mandarte a amar en grande.

A veces vivimos con “puertas cerradas” (por ansiedad, inseguridad, dudas…). Pero Jesús no se queda afuera: entra, te regala su paz y te dice: “Reciban al Espíritu Santo” (Jn 20, 19-23). Y ahí pasa lo más brutal: lo que te paralizaba, se convierte en misión.

Hoy pidamos esa gracia:

- Paz para el corazón
- Valentía para salir
- Un amor que une “idiomas” y rompe divisiones

Ven, Espíritu Santo. Haznos Iglesia en salida.

Pentecost is not “just another day”: it’s the moment when God fills you with the Holy Spirit and pulls you out of fear to send you to love boldly.

Sometimes we live behind “closed doors” (because of anxiety, insecurity, doubts…). But Jesus doesn’t stay outside: he comes in, gives you his peace, and says to you: “Receive the Holy Spirit” (Jn 20:19–23). And then the most powerful thing happens: what used to paralyze you becomes mission.

Today, let’s ask for that grace:

- A love that unites “languages” and breaks divisions
- Courage to go out
- Peace for the heart

Come, Holy Spirit. Make us a Church that goes forth.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Día Internacional de las Familias (15 de mayo)

💛 Hoy celebramos a quienes nos enseñaron a amar, a perdonar y a levantarnos otra vez: nuestras familias.

📌 Este 2026 el tema nos reta fuerte: “Las familias, las desigualdades y el bienestar infantil”. Porque cuando crecen las desigualdades, a muchas familias se les hace más difícil sostener lo básico… y eso termina afectando el futuro de niñas y niños.

🙏 Como comunidad de fe, no nos quedamos en “qué bonito” —nos movemos a la acción:

- 🤝 Acompañemos a familias que la están pasando difícil.
- 🗣️ Seamos voz por políticas y apoyos que protejan la vida familiar.
- 🛡️ Apostemos por espacios seguros para la niñez y la juventud.

💛 Today we celebrate those who taught us to love, to forgive, and to rise again: our families.

📌 In 2026, the theme challenges us deeply: “Families, inequalities, and children’s well-being.” Because when inequalities grow, it becomes harder for many families to meet basic needs… and that ultimately impacts the future of children.

🙏 As a community of faith, we don’t stop at “how nice” —we move to action:

- 🤝 Let’s walk alongside families who are going through tough times.
- 🗣️ Let’s raise our voice for policies and support that protect family life.
- 🛡️ Let’s invest in safe spaces for children and young people.

Hoy celebramos la Ascensión del Señor: Jesús vuelve al Padre… pero no nos deja solos. Nos deja una misión y una promesa: “Recibirán poder cuando el Espíritu Santo venga sobre ustedes, y serán mis testigos… hasta los confines de la tierra” (Hechos 1,8-9).

La Ascensión nos recuerda 3 cosas para la vida real:

1. Tu historia no termina aquí: Dios todavía está escribiendo contigo.
2. El cielo es meta y esperanza: Jesús abre el camino.
3. La misión sigue: la fe se vive y se comparte.

Hoy, en tu grupo/parroquia/escuela, ¿cómo puedes ser testigo? (Una palabra, un gesto, una invitación, una oración).

Today we celebrate the Ascension of the Lord: Jesus returns to the Father… but he does not leave us alone. He leaves us a mission and a promise: “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses… to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8–9).

The Ascension reminds us of 3 things for real life:

1. Your story doesn’t end here: God is still writing with you.
2. Heaven is our goal and hope: Jesus opens the way.
3. The mission continues: faith is lived and shared.

🙏✨ Hoy celebramos a la Virgen de Fátima (13 de mayo). Y su mensaje sigue siendo para ti, para mí, para nuestra generación:

“No tengan miedo.” 🤍

María se apareció a Lucía, Francisco y Jacinta 👧🧒🧒 y les recordó algo que a veces se nos olvida: aunque haya dudas, tormentas ⛈️ y presión alrededor, Dios no abandona… y la gracia siempre sostiene 🙌

📌 3 ideas para llevarte hoy:

- 📿 Reza el Rosario (aunque sea 1 decena). Es un “ancla” ⚓ cuando todo se siente demasiado.
- 💛 Ofrece lo que te cuesta (un problema, una ansiedad, un sacrificio) por la conversión y el bien de otros.
- 🕊️ Confía: el miedo no tiene la última palabra.

🛐 Oración breve:

“María, Virgen del Rosario, enséñame a confiar y a volver a Jesús. Amén.” ✨

“Do not be afraid.” 🤍

Mary appeared to Lúcia, Francisco, and Jacinta 👧🧒🧒 and reminded them of something we sometimes forget: even when there are doubts, storms ⛈️, and pressure all around, God does not abandon us… and grace always sustains 🙌

📌 3 ideas to take with you today:

- 📿 Pray the Rosary (even just 1 decade). It’s an “anchor” ⚓ when everything feels like too much.
- 💛 Offer what is hard for you (a problem, an anxiety, a sacrifice) for conversion and for the good of others.
- 🕊️ Trust: fear does not have the last word.
