And have a powerful effect on what happens to us.

Which is what makes affirmations - "I am instrument of peace in the world." "I am in perfect health." "I am clear and calm." - one of the most powerful tools in our spiritual toolbox.

So when we wake with gratitude, believing in the best possible outcomes and affirming that blessings are on the way, we plant the seeds for the day and for the future.

This is not implying you should be thankful for everything.

But the practice of gratitude, even in advance of the blessing, draws the thing toward your heart.

Today, consider leaning into gratitude and opening to infinite possibilities. 🩷
