We have some boat and scheduling updates for our Friday night activity!

📣 Special Guest Speaker Announcement 📣

We are honored to welcome Elder Ulisses Soares of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles as a speaker for our Sunday devotional on September 20th. We will also have the privilege of hearing from his wife, Rosana Soares.

Joining them will be Elder Arnulfo Valenzuela of the Presidency of the Seventy and his wife, Silvia Valenzuela.

🗣️SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT🗣️

We’re so excited to have the Brad and Melody Pelo join us during our Saturday morning session!! They will be participating in our speaker workshops.

The Pelos are natives of the West but consider New York City their second home. Brad is the CEO of 5&2 Studios and Executive Producer of The Chosen. His previous production credits include Forever Strong, The Legend of Johnny Lingo and Outlaw Trail. For seven years he produced the Stadium of Fire at BYU’s Lavell Edwards Stadium. Not to be outdone, Melody produced 12 beautiful children who have now brought them 24 grandchildren.

Lifelong members of The Church. Melody has served in Stake Relief Society presidencies, public affairs and as a young women’s leader. Brad has served as a bishop on two occasions and a member of the New York City YSA stake presidency.
