STAY at St. Thomas Apostle STAY is St. Thomas Apostle's Young Adult Community. STAY provides Catholics in the Washington, D.C. STAY holds a regular young adult mass at St.

area with opportunities to deepen their faith and live the Gospel through spiritual, service and social programs. Formed sometime around 2000, STAY is a volunteer-run organization serving the young adults and "young at heart" in D.C.'s Catholic community. Thomas Apostle Church in Woodley Park every Sunday at 7:30p.m. Join us on Sundays or for one of our many regular monthly events including Bible study, happy hour, and service programs.

Join us for an unforgettable Young Adult Advent Retreat and Social on December 13 at St. Thomas Apostle Catholic Church! Kick off the advent season with a spiritual conference at 2 p.m., followed by the rosary, holy hour, confessions, and mass. Let’s join the Mario E. Dorsonville Foundation’s Homeless Mission Trip on October 19 from 2 to 4 p.m. We will meet up at 2 p.m. in front of the Pan American Health Organization building at 525 23rd St NW, Washington, DC.

Homeless Mission volunteers visit various parks in the D.C. area, offering food, supplies, and friendship to those in need.

When Emily Wilson-Hussem began sharing “matchmaking” posts on Instagram, inviting Catholic singles to share their names and locations to connect with others, she wasn’t expecting that her lighthearted experiment would lead to 12 marriages, 20 engagements, hundreds of dating couples, and even a baby.

The Catholic speaker and digital content creator realized that young Catholics are in search of holy marriages but need help finding one another. This led her and her husband, Daniël Hussem, to create a new Catholic dating app — SacredSpark. https://bit.ly/4h7m0Fo

Join the Guild of St. Zélie on Saturday, September 27 for a morning of ora et labora, prayer and work!

The morning will begin with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass followed by a light breakfast. Participants are invited to join in projects such as sewing and mending liturgical vestments and sacred linens as they are able. Once our projects are underway, a spiritual conference will be given. All skill levels are invited!
