Photos from a beautiful day, Monday, January 19, 2026, the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Peace Walk and Parade. The Metro Synod Bishop, Bishop Phil Hirsch was asked to walk at the front of the Parade after he offered an invocation during the Peace Rally. The video shows an ROTC troop marching behind the St. Matthew group. The ROTC group was from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School (now known as Dunbar HS), where our own 100-year-old, Kenneth, attended and graduated high school in the 1940s.
