Brothers, sisters, friends of the Washington DC (Sign Language) Branch,

We are so excited!! Last Sunday, Branch President Fayoz Mulladjanov announced that church headquarters has approved our Stake President's recommendation and on May 3rd, we will finally become a Ward! This has been a long-awaited step since the WDC Deaf Branch was formed 46 years and 2 months ago.

All current and former members and missionaries are invited to return and rejoice with us at 522 7th Street SE, Washington, DC 20003.

On Sunday, November 19th, 2023 the Washington DC Branch (ASL) was realigned from the Suitland Maryland Stake to the Washinton DC Stake. There will be no change in meeting location or meeting times. Below is a picture of some who attended the meeting including the ASL Branch presidency and members from Suitland Maryland and Washington DC Stakes.

It is an exciting time and although we don't know everything the Lord plans to bless us with just yet, we know it will be for our good and He is always with us.
