Georgetown InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is a community of students serving Georgetown while growing in love for God, God's Word, God's people of every ethnicity and culture, and God's purposes in the world. We hope to show God's love through service, while welcoming people into an exciting life of following Jesus. For some of us, following Jesus has taken us as far as missions in China or Rus
sia. For others, it means combatting poverty and racial tensions in Washington DC. It's meant bringing pacifists into brotherhood with ROTC cadets, Catholics leading Bible studies with Protestants, and Republicans partnering with Democrats. In bringing these diverse voices together, we seek to reflect the all-encompassing nature of God's kingdom. We're committed to creating authentic friendships and community, while also placing a high value on student leadership and the authority of scripture.
