You should not have to choose between growth and conviction.

The SENT Pitch Competition was created for founders building companies with excellence, integrity, and mission.

This is more than a chance to win $10,000.

It is an opportunity to pitch in front of values-aligned investors, connect with experienced Catholic founders and operators, and enter a trusted community that understands the pressure of building something meaningful.

Last year, one founder walked away with investor relationships that later became part of their cap table.

Up to 3 teams will be selected.

Applications close July 24.

If you are a Catholic founder building with conviction, you do not have to build alone.

Success means very little if your faith, family, and mission are left behind.

Rob Hays understands that tension better than most.

He spent nearly two decades leading a publicly traded hospitality company with more than 70 hotels across the country while also investing deeply in faith, ethics, fatherhood, and Catholic formation.

Not as separate priorities.
As one integrated life.

That is why we are honored to welcome Rob Hays to SENT Summit 2026, where he will speak on Faith & Family and what it looks like to lead with excellence without compromising what matters most.

This conversation matters for every Catholic founder, executive, and business owner trying to build something meaningful in today’s world.

Some of the most impactful Catholic missions are being built quietly.

They don’t need more noise.
They need the right room.

Mission Showcase organizations have raised more than $1 million through the SENT network — and applications for 2026 close Sunday.

We’re looking for early-stage Catholic apostolates to present live at the SENT Summit in Denver this September in front of leaders, philanthropists, founders, and operators actively looking to support bold Catholic work.

Selected organizations receive:

• A live main-stage presentation
• Promotion across the SENT network
• A complimentary Summit ticket
• A $1,500 travel grant

If you know someone building meaningful Catholic work with excellence and conviction, tag them below.

The most common thing we hear from people after Summit.

I didn't know this room existed.

If you are building something real and carrying it mostly alone, that's not a character flaw. It's a gap. One that Summit was built to close.

Every entrepreneur right now is asking some version of the same question.

Not "should I use AI." That ship has sailed. The real question is what it means for the work. For the people doing the work. For the businesses being built on top of it.

We put together a panel that takes that question seriously. Not a tech briefing. A real conversation about AI, technology, and what it means to be human in the middle of it.

Jeremy Aranda once pulled an all-nighter with his team to win a multi-million dollar pitch. They won the deal, but the exhaustion wrecked him and his family for a week. That was the moment he realized the "hustle culture" he had bought into was actually a complete lie. Today, he runs multiple companies and insists that true leaders need to spend 75% of their time in "plan mode" rather than just doing.

He joined Nick on Breaking the Barrier to talk about why shrinking a remote team's 60-hour workweek down to 40 actually increases productivity, how his company is using a 17-terabyte database to redeem the broken healthcare industry, and why true coaching requires you to ask hard questions rather than have all the answers.

Plus... he shares the story of drafting a "rule of life" for his family, leaving it sitting on a counter for two months, and completely failing at it at first—before ultimately turning it into a quarterly planning habit that radically transformed his home.
