🍓🍍 Irresistible Strawberry Pineapple Pound Cake
This Pound Cake is bursting with juicy strawberries, sweet pineapple, and rich buttery flavor.

Ingredients
For the Pound Cake:
1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
1 3/4 cups (350g) granulated sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups (330g) all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained slightly)
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
For the Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
