We are a retreat, conference center and summer camp located in Warwick, New York. All are welcome!

Echoing God’s desire for all people to be still and draw near, the Warwick Conference Center is a broadly inclusive place of welcome, hospitality, reflection and retreat where all are invited to seek renewal, pursue personal and corporate growth, and have the opportunity to listen for God’s voice. op estate just 50 miles from New York City. Since 1959, we’ve served many groups and communities with comfortable accommodations and beautiful meeting spaces designed to foster connection and growth. The Warwick Conference Center is home to Mulder Chapel and Camp Warwick.

✨ Happenings at the Center ✨A beautiful and deeply touching moment recently at the Mulder Chapel. 🕊️ We were honored to host a memorial service where a heartfelt opening bagpipe performance echoed through the sanctuary, bringing comfort to the family and friends of a beloved passed loved one.

✨ Happenings at the Center ✨

We recently hosted a truly beautiful memorial service for a deeply loved local woman at the Warwick Conference Center. Her family celebrated her life with touching bagpipe, organ, and baby grand piano performances in Mulder Chapel. Thoughtful touches of Scottish tartan and treats decorated the venue in her honor.

We wish the family members many blessings of comfort and peace during this time.

✨ Happenings at the Center ✨

This week at the Warwick Conference Center, we were blessed to host a lovely and kindhearted women’s retreat from Chapel Falls Church in our West House! Their beautiful Sunday morning service and charming photo-op setup are pictured here.

Meanwhile, the Camp Warwick cabins were buzzing with joy and fellowship. as Dongsan Church gathered for their biannual prayer camp.

And over at the reception hall in Mulder Chapel, we were honored to host a sweet communion party for a cherished local guest who has rented our venue multiple times!

We are so thankful to see our spaces filled with worship, community, prayer, and celebration this season! ⛪✨

Come celebrate the Hudson Valley Preforming Arts Foundation 10 year anniversary on Sunday, May 17th at Mulder Chapel of the Warwick Conference Center! HVPAF is thrilled to welcome the Concertmaster of the Orchestra de symphonique de Montréal Andrew Wan, the New York Philharmonic’s Associate Principal Violist Rebecca Young, Cellist Patrick Jee, Associate Principal Bass Max Zeugner and Pianist Eric Huebner!

Pictured here is our stunning Mulder Chapel; a beautiful interfaith chapel with panoramic views of the Shawangunk Mountains and the Warwick Valley.

This air-conditioned sanctuary has seating for up to 200 and is the perfect location for wedding ceremonies, worship and meditation, memorial services, wedding vow renewals, workshops, and more!

The beautiful views, ample seating and great acoustics also make it a wonderful space for concerts and performances.

The Port Ewen Banquet room, located on the lower level of Mulder Chapel, has the same panoramic view, can accommodate 150 guests, and is the perfect location for wedding receptions, anniversary celebrations, baby and bridal showers, birthday and graduation parties, repasts, fundraisers, and banquet dinners.

The chapel is available to rent on its own or as an add-on to a retreat, providing a dedicated space for meetings and religious ceremonies! Call 845-986-1164 for more information.

At almost 100 years old, the East House is a great option for overnight retreats!

Similar to dormitory style lodging, the East House can house up to 50 guests. It has 15 rustically decorated rooms and shared restrooms in each hallway. Each room has at least 3 twin beds and/or double beds. Additional rooms and outdoor spaces are available for meeting space, based on your needs, in both the West House and East House.

All meals are served in our dining room, located in the East House. Our weekend package consists of 2 nights’ lodging, all linens, 5 meals and includes the use of a meeting room. For weekend groups, arrival begins on Friday after 4:00 p.m. and check out is by 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Weekday group check in and out will vary between groups and needs.

Included meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

With our next-door neighbors and right around the corner from our property, there are always fun activities to do offsite in the colonial village of Warwick, NY during your overnight retreat stay at the Warwick Conference Center! We personally love dining in the Pennings Farm Market (there are plenty of dining options for everyone), and especially love the apple picking in the Fall!

The Collegiate Lodge and Cabins are a great space to spend your retreat here at the Warwick Conference Center! We have 4 cabins that are located near Collegiate Lodge. Each cabin has 4 rooms with bunk beds and a shared bath. Please call (845) 986-1164 for all retreat inquiries!
