Today we had the pleasure of having one of our kingdom investors, Brian Buckelew, speak and share the gospel. He reminded us of our purpose to have an intimate relationship with Christ first. As we are abundantly full of Christ within us and strengthened, we bring glory to Christ. After Jesus blessed the fish and bread that the deciples gathered, the deciples then distributed the baskets.
Looking at our body, we’ve been trimmed down to an intimate group reminiscent of the house-church group that built our original sanctuary where we now meet. We must strengthen our own relationship with Christ so that we may be blessed and strong enough to go out into the World. Each of us a part of the body working together as our calling.
We pray we continue to grow closer to Christ, that He shows us to be a part of the body, and that His will may be done through us.
“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
