Two long hard days on the road. Thankful for safe travels. I met some very good people. I met several Amish men from Lancaster, PA. volunteering at the relief center in Mayfield, KY. They helped me unload.
It was another good journey, but I believe Dorothy said it best; “There’s no place like home”!

On another note, I will put out a new list in a day or so. They told me that the donated items were going out to folks at a higher rate than they were coming in. The math on that tells me that that can’t last.
We are hoping for another trip next week. Thanks to everyone for all your support so far.

For all my lineman friends. Tops out of steel structures for about 1/2 of line. The width of the path at this point. The tornado ranged from about 1/4 mile wide to a mile wide leaving very little but trash in its path. Power poles broke every where.
