A Free Woman

In the beginning of John 8, we read a story about a woman who was accused of adultery. She was facing her fate when Jesus stepped in to save her when all the other men wanted to stone her. Jesus challenged the men to throw the stone if they've never sinned. Jesus was the only one who lived a perfect life. He was the only one who could have condemned this woman, but he offered her freedom instead.

Don't let your past keep you from being used for His glory. He offers you true and lasting freedom. Living water. Eternal life.

[10] Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?” [11] “No, Lord,” she said. And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.” John 8:10-11

Good honors the "again".

Through the worry. Through the struggle. Through the doubt. We come back to Him again and again and He honors it.

Save and share for when you need a reminder that faith isn't perfect, it's persistent.

Stone Altars

Throughout Scripture, people built stone altars to mark moments where God moved powerfully in their lives. Altars were places of:

•remembrance
•worship
•sacrifice
•covenant
•encounter with God

From Noah to Abraham to Elijah, altars were built after moments of rescue, promise, surrender, or revelation.

The stones symbolized permanence — a lasting reminder that: “God met me here.”

✨ Tell us about a moment in your life where God met you. What “altar moment” have you never forgotten?

Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.
