The National Day of Prayer has been a fixture in Warren for decades ranging back to at least 4 Mayors. It is our contention that this Observance is weaved in the fabric of Warren’s history, and not promoting it to its rightful place only diminishes its significance and thus weakens its importance. When a sector of threading is removed or altered in a garment, the entire garment is altered or event

ually destroyed. During the Observance, we pray for our Government, Military, Schools, Families, Media, and Local Municipalities.

Our message is clear Annual National Day of Prayer Warren Michigan. We are committed to creating an atmosphere where our community black or white, male or female, rich or poor, young or old, can come and gather together annually to pray. I want to thank the hundreds of people who braved the fear of rain to show solidarity of our message. The religious community should have a place in the City of Warren.
