Now that we've sufficiently explored Pentecost and God's gracious gift of the Holy Spirit, from the Gospel of Matthew, Sunday we will witness our Lord gather the 12 disciples. As you reflect on the scriptures we've read together from the season of Lent to Pentecost, what advice would you give to these men who have been chosen to walk alongside Jesus of Nazareth? Spend some time with the scripture reading (Matthew 9:35-10:8) and consider the vast experiences the disciples had with the Lord. Surely you have one piece of wisdom to offer! Amen! Pastor K. C.
