Production is so much more than making things look and sound good… it’s a MINISTRY and a calling. We’re looking for a lover of Jesus, team-builder, and AVL leader to join our Worship and Creative team of 6.
The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day ex*****on of weekend services, rehearsals, ministry events, volunteer teams, and all audio, video, lighting, and livestream environments. The role is responsible for recruiting and developing volunteers, managing schedules and production systems, maintaining AVL equipment, and ensuring every technical environment is prepared and executed with excellence. Working under the direction of the Production Director, the Production Manager implements ministry vision through strong leadership, organization, and technical oversight so that services and events consistently support the church’s mission and worship experience.
