Putnam City United Methodist Church-Oklahoma City, Oklahoma We are located on the corner of 41st and MacArthur in beautiful Warr Acres, Oklahoma. As the membership grew, the facility increased to 47,000 square feet.

History of Putnam City United Methodist Church

Putnam City United Methodist Church was founded in May 1948. Soon, a small frame structure was built and we have been serving as a beacon of light to our community in the name of Jesus Christ on the corner of 41st Street and MacArthur Boulevard since March 1950. The sanctuary was constructed in 1963. The offfice complex, two classrooms and the gym we

re completed in 1984. We have been served by a succession of senior pastors and staff facilitating the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ. You can watch weekly sermons, the thought of the week, special events, history and other videos. Each is linked to the Videos tab on this page. We are developing new and exciting opportunities to serve the community, and spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Check back to witness progress and changes, and please join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 10:45 am in the sanctuary.
