Jehovah Stands Up for His People: A Divine Alignment During Disruption
“We Serve a Great God!”
Can anybody declare with me—we serve a great God! Let me share quickly the divine protection that God affords His people.
One of the banks we did business with had a loan officer who gave out nearly $500,000 in loans to individuals who could not afford them. The bank had to merge with another institution to survive. That new bank opened under a different name and transferred customers—without any history—into its new system.
So we go to make our deposit—no issue. But when I go to pay a few bills, I cannot access our account. Two to three days before, the old bank realized the new integration system was failing. They had to manually redo our web payments so we could meet our obligations.
At the same time, Microsoft had system issues that took over 48 hours to resolve. Capital One had problems where you could see your money but could not withdraw cash from any ATM.
But there is something about serving Jehovah! I tell you all the time—God is willing, able, and excited about fighting for His people. So of course, my Father, Jehovah, stood up for us. In a matter of ten minutes, everything was rectified.
Can you say we serve a great God—an infallible God—who, when He stands up for His people and intervenes on our behalf, everything out of alignment begins to align itself!
