God’s not done yet! 🙌

What a great Sunday worshiping together with our Second Family!

This week, we continued our Return, Rebuild, Restore series in Ezra 4–6, where we were reminded that God finishes what He starts, no matter how impossible it may seem.

Even when we face opposition, delays, or uncertainty, God is still at work. Our calling is to remain faithful, walk in obedience, and trust Him with what comes next.

Whatever season you find yourself in, don’t give up on what God is doing in your life. He’s not finished with you yet!

There’s something special about gathering together in His presence.

Every Sunday is an opportunity to worship together, grow in His Word, encourage one another, and be reminded of the hope we have in Jesus.

Sometimes we get so focused on how far we still have to go that we forget to recognize how far God has already brought us.

In Ezra 3, God's people celebrated the laying of the temple's foundation, even though the work was far from finished. They didn't wait until everything was complete to praise God for what He had done.

In Sunday's message, we were reminded that God is faithful in every season of the process. Every step of obedience matters, and every bit of progress is an opportunity to give Him glory.

We're excited to host the Georgia Baptist Annual Meeting, November 8–10, and it will take a whole team of volunteers to make it happen!

From greeting guests and helping with parking to serving coffee and assisting attendees, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Whether you've served before or this would be your first time, there's a place for you!

Morning, afternoon, and evening volunteer opportunities are available. Help us show hospitality and make everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome!

When God moves, He doesn’t just change our circumstances, He stirs our hearts.

In Ezra 1–2, God moved in the hearts of His people and called them to step forward in obedience. He had a purpose, He provided what they needed, and they had a choice to respond.

The same is true for us. When God begins stirring your heart, don’t ignore it. Trust Him, take the next step, and be willing to join Him in what He is doing.

Another sweet Sunday with our Second Family!

October is Pastor & Director Appreciation Month, and this Sunday we had the opportunity to pause and recognize the pastors and directors who faithfully serve and lead our church family.

Our hope is not in a kingdom that can fall, but in a King whose reign will never end.

As we close out our Rise and Fall series, we’re reminded in 2 Samuel 24 that even David—the king Israel had longed for—was still imperfect. His failure left God’s people looking for something greater, and ultimately, for Someone greater.

Jesus is the true and better King. He overcame temptation, walked in humility, took our judgment on Himself, and gave His life so that we could have life.

Kings and kingdoms will rise and fall, but Jesus will reign forever. As this series comes to an end, may we ask ourselves: Where are we placing our hope? May our confidence be found not in what is temporary, but in the King whose kingdom will never end.
