Magnolia Park Cemeteries and Mausoleums

Magnolia Park Cemeteries and Mausoleums A Houston County landmark incorporated since 1945 with graves dating back to the Civil War. Our families deserve nothing less. Manager Catherine Dorsey.

A Houston County, Georgia landmark with gravesites dating back to the Civil War. Magnolia Park has undergone extensive renovation since the purchase of the cemetery by longtime Houston County residents and owners of McCullough Funeral Home, the McNeal family, in December 2003. The grounds have been expanded and the original cemetery property rehabilitated where needed with new roads, a new mausole

um roof on the original Chapel Mausoleum and attention to the many graves that were in a state of disrepair. We opened a new office in a totally renovated home at the back of the property in 2005, replacing the "terrible trailer" that had been home to the office for many years. The office is accessible from both within the Park and also at 120 Draper St. A new maintenance shop and all new updated equipment has been built and purchased to continue to improve and keep our Park beatiful. Our staff includes General Manager, Rob Farr and Cemetery Administrator/Asst. Park Maintenance includes Benny Frank Durham, Samuel Sebastian and Martin Villegas. We are a private, family owned, full service, perpetual care cemetery. We offer ground burials, public and private mausoleum entombments and many choices for cremation inurnment or memorialization. We can provide both beatiful flat bronze or granite memorials, as well as elegant upright traditional granite or marble monuments. Photo portraits are available for either type of marker and customization is limited only to your imagination. Perpetual care means that the care and maintenance of the grounds and your burial sites are our responsibility at all times. A trust is set up with the state to ensure the sustainability and beauty of the park forever.
