My story continues, John 11:32-36 and 39-45 in this passage Mary and Martha was present with Jesus the reason I choose Jesus wept for my tattoo. 32) says when Mary arrived where Jesus was. She fell down at his feet, saying Sir, if you had been here, my brother would still be alive. 33) when Jesus saw her weeping and the Jewish leaders wailing with her, Jesus was moved with indignation and deeply troubled. Jesus understood that Mary and Martha and the Jewish leaders were very sad, he wept for them and their benefit, the truth is he knew he would bring Lazarus back to life again, he wept to show compassion for them that was the way Jesus was and is.34) then Jesus said, where is he buried? They told him, come and see.35) tears came down to Jesus's eyes. 36) they were close friends, the Jewish leader said, see how much he loved him.39) roll the stone aside, Jesus told them.40) Martha said, he had been dead for 4 days. Jesus said, but didn't I tell you, you would see a wonderful miracle from God if you believe.41) so they rolled the stone aside, then Jesus looked up to heaven and said, Father, thank you for hearing me. 42) you always hear me of course, but I said it, because all of these people standing around here, so that they will believe you sent me.43) then he shouted, Lazarus- come out! 44) and Lazarus came bound up in the grave cloth, his face muffled in a head swath. Jesus told them, unwrap him and let him go! 45) so at last many Jewish leaders who were with Mary and Martha saw it happen. They finally believed him since Jesus wept showing how compassionate he was for Mary and Martha and the Jewish leaders that were there, just think how much Jesus loved you at the cross -Jesus wept for us- for our sins that day. And he knew he would take away our sins forever. And he weeps today still for those who are lost to him. You see my tattoo represents Jesus at The Cross. And my armband represents a time of mourning. Armband represent loss of a loved one. 3 lines represent continued movement, balance and Harmony also brightness - passion and growth - justice in Korean flag.
