We are pleased to announce exciting changes with WholyFit. 
 
Many of you already know Kym Pelfrey who has been an integral part of WholyFit for the past 15 years. With her extensive anatomy background as well as her time working with the previous leaders of WholyFit, Kym will be leading us forward and is excited to introduce changes to the certification program.
 
With strong support from previous leadership and her church elders, Kym is covered in prayer as she takes on this new role.

Wow, what an awesome experience! If I learned one thing today, it’s that sometimes we have to be ready for anything and adapting is very important. I went into today expecting to be in a big room with a total of four demonstrations. What happened was a total of five demonstrations that looked nothing like each other depending on who I had with me - sometimes one person and sometimes two. We prayed into the church and the health fair and into the lives of the people who came. I did one full blown demonstration with the routine I selected. I did one where I showed the routine and I did it but we did other postures together. I did one where we did standing and floor stretches. It was very much led by the spirit and what was needed in that moment.

I’m not sure if we gained more friends for our Tuesday night class, however, I can tell you that two seeds may be sprouting into saplings after today. Nothing will change for our Tuesday class but maybe more opportunities will be coming. Time will tell! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️
