Hi St. Andrew’s UMC Community….
Today is a new day. What will you do with it? Tomorrow is a new day. What will you do with it? One of the things I repeat to Azjargal and Jose is that they are making a choice. They don’t like that and yet it is true. All of us make a choice every day. What choices will you make today, a new day created by God. What choices will you make tomorrow? God gives us newness every day and it is up to us to use that newness for good and blessings. How can you be a blessing today?
𝐀 𝐒𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭
On Wednesday, Pastor Dave was told by Bill Price’s daughter that he passed away on March 5th, 2026. Bill was a long-time member of St. Andrew’s. We rejoice for this good and faithful servant who served with a gracious heart and is now with God in full glory. A private ceremony for the family is planned for Oct 27th, 2026 at Washington Crossing Memorial Cemetery.
𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟓&𝟐 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 - 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲: 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝟏𝟎 𝐚𝐦 – 𝟑 𝐩𝐦) 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝!
Come when you can and leave when you must. This ministry will bless many who struggle with clothing insecurity and are left in the gaps of other services. Let’s all come together and get this ministry ready to launch!
𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠
Ephesians 6:18 reminds us that we are called in faith to pray as a community. So let us each day pray for those grieving that they experience comfort; for those who need healing that they experience strength and patience as they heal; for all the events and those who provide the events at St. Andrew’s and those who attend, that hearts are strangely warmed and lives transformed; for the church that all finances are provided for in the abundance of God.

Thank you for your contribution as the church cannot be the church without your support. Our Stewardship Campaign, A Disciple Is Always Moving and Growing!, has begun. Our 18 5 Challenge has begun. The 18 5 challenge is an opportunity to match the $18,500 worth of grants the church has received since 2021. Let’s pray and dig deep into our pockets to meet this challenge.
Our Stewardship Campaign is all about being a disciple. And this week’s focus is on:
• A disciple is one who gives attention and intention to growing in prayers, presence, witness, service, and gifts. This growth is towards becoming more like Christ.
• A disciple has both a private and public prayer life.
Where do you provide attention and intention to your prayer life? Without attention and intention it is easy to miss connecting fully with God. Take time this week to be both attentional and intentional with your prayer life.
