I just realized the City of War continues to have issues either posting on here.

So please take note of two things:

Fall Festival will take place Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7. As in the past, wrestling will be at Stage 2, across from Jay II’s, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Street Dance with DJ Marcus Baker will start at 9:00 in front of Stage 1 at Old City Hall! Come out Saturday as early as 7:00 a.m. to visit vendors and watch the parade at 10:00!

There’s much more to share, and we’ll post once I flyers and brochures arrive. Please save these dates to relax, have fun, and visit friends and family❣️

And the second item to remember is this: City Council meetings will now be held the FOURTH MONDAY OF EACH MONTH, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the same location which is City Hall. Council voted to change its meetingsto accommodate our attorney’s schedule.
