Solid Rock Baptist Church Solid Rock Baptist Church The Solid Rock story tells of the faithfulness of God's plan for Wapello. A prayer that began over 40 years ago is now being completed.

Solid Rock is established and growing. God has used the cooperation of Southern Baptists in three states to bring this work to existence. He has challenged people who have lived most of their lives in Wapello to faithfully serve Him. Those who helped start the work and especially the local members have paid the price for Solid rock to exist. Everyone at Solid Rock knows that our purpose for existence is not to build our name, but to carry Christ to our community.

Our young children learned about Jesus’ disciples and how He asked ordinary men to follow Him during Sunday School last week. We used a Barell of Monkey game to see how many “disciples” they could “gather”.
Join us this week from 9:15-10:15.
