Solid Rock Baptist Church Solid Rock Baptist Church The Solid Rock story tells of the faithfulness of God's plan for Wapello. A prayer that began over 40 years ago is now being completed.

Solid Rock is established and growing. God has used the cooperation of Southern Baptists in three states to bring this work to existence. He has challenged people who have lived most of their lives in Wapello to faithfully serve Him. Those who helped start the work and especially the local members have paid the price for Solid rock to exist. Everyone at Solid Rock knows that our purpose for existence is not to build our name, but to carry Christ to our community.

We want to send our kids and teachers back to school covered in prayer! ❤️

We invite all children to bring their backpacks as we pray over our students, teachers, and school year ahead. Each child will also receive a special gift to send them on their way back to school! 🎁🎒
