This Sunday, we celebrated Cynthia Niiler’s 30th anniversary at First Lutheran Waltham! 🎉 Cynthia has been our Director of Music since 1999 and Parish Secretary since 2000. She is also to thank for our gorgeous garden! We are so grateful for her and the gifts she brings to our community!

Through this Easter season, Vicar Trevor will be hosting a book study via zoom on the 2025 book "For Such a Time as This: An Emergency Devotional" by Hanna Reichel. We will discuss Part One at the first session on April 15th!

The author is a professor of systematic theology at Princeton Theological Seminary who will guide us through theologians, philosophers, historians, and advocates the likes of Karl Barth, Reinhold Niebuhr, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Viktor Frankl, Martin Niemoller, Sophie Scholl, and Hannah Arendt as they navigated the choppy and dangerous waters of N**i Germany in the 1930s and 40s.
