In America…we are free…
Free to pursue our dreams and live in peace…
Free to gather together for worship and prayer…
Free to speak the gospel of Christ with boldness…

Free to raise our families and to work with purpose…
Free to serve… to give… and to go…
Free to follow Jesus openly and without fear…
But with such freedom, comes great responsibility…

To honor the brave men and women… who came before us…
To remember the great cost… of the precious freedoms we enjoy
To protect and to care… for our families and friends…
To love our neighbors and serve others whenever we can…

To stand for what is right… and to live with humility and gratitude…
To cherish what we’ve been given and to bless our community…
To pray earnestly for our nation… and to shine light in dark places
Because freedom isn’t just a right to enjoy, but a gift to steward

Lord, on this Independence Day, we pray for our nation for wisdom and direction, for peace and protection, for liberty and justice, for strength, and fortitude, for faith, hope and love.

We thank you for the freedoms given to us and for the beauty all around us.

We believe you can unite what is divided among us and restore what is broken inside us because you are the God who sees, the God who loves and the God who listens and so on this Independence Day, we humble ourselves and we pray.

God bless America.
God, we believe in you.
We trust in you.
And for all of this, we thank you.

You’re invited to join us at Faith Walterboro, Saturday, July 4th, at 9:00 AM for America Prays 250, a nationwide, grassroots prayer movement mobilizing churches and leaders from coast to coast for a unified one-hour of prayer on July 4, 2026. The prayer begins at 9:00 AM in each time zone and moving across the nation, we will gather seeking God for revival, awakening, and a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our land.

This event is structured around the Lord’s Prayer, guiding us through seven shared prayer focuses across the nation, while allowing space for the Holy Spirit to lead each gathering uniquely. From “Our Father” to “Deliver Us from Evil,” we will lift one unified voice—praying for salvation, healing, righteousness, deliverance, and awakening.

Lord, we thank you for this nation… For this land… we call home For the small towns and the city streets… For the fireworks and front porches… For the road trips… the late summer nights… and the backyard conversations… For the churches that still open their doors… And for the families gathered around tables… For the freedoms… we did not earn… And for the blessings… we could never repay For the sacrifices made long ago… And for those who carried this nation forward… For every soldier…Every parent… Every worker… teacher… and neighbor.

For every ordinary person… who helped build and protect this home.

We Thank You.

And now God, we pray for our nation… Not just for our success… But for our character.

Teach us to lead with humility… To serve with compassion… And to never take these freedoms for granted.

Because this is more than just a country… This is our home This is the place we raise our children… The place we love our neighbors… The place we worship freely, pursue what is good, and learn to hope again.

And so today… From sea to shining sea… From mountain peaks… to open plains… And from generation to generation… May freedom ring.

May grace lead us.
May wisdom guide us.
And may courage strengthen us.
May we never forget: That every good gift comes from You.

Shout out to these amazing leaders!! They took off of work and put everything else aside to ensure our students had leaders at camp who loved them and poured into them all week. We didn’t capture many pictures of our Worship Pastor Jason because he truly was putting in an extreme amount of work with the rec team ensuring students had an amazing time! God truly moved in the lives of our students and we are grateful for volunteer leaders like these to make such an impact on our students.
