Jude 1:22 (KJV) And of some have compassion, making a difference:

Compassion makes a difference. As Christians, we must remember that we were once lost, strangers to God. But somehow, God’s mercy reached us and overcame our doubt. And now, we are bearers of this same mercy, so that we may be filled with compassion for those who still doubt. So that through our compassion, God’s mercy might reach and save others, too.

Lord, thank You for Your great mercy, by which You’ve rescued me from the fire. I pray that You would fill my heart with compassion for those who still struggle, still doubt, and are still lost. Use me as an agent of Your mercy, so that others might see Your love, know Your grace, and themselves be rescued just as I have been rescued. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Worship and Praise

Worship
From the Greek word proskyneo (pros-koo-neh'-o) meaning:

to kneel or lay prostrate, to pay homage or reverence to; to express respect

Praise
From the Greek doxa (dox'-ah) meaning:

giving thanks; expressing approval and admiration.

Praise is opening up, worship is entering in. Praise is boldly declaring, worship is humbly bowing in the presence of a Holy God. Praise applauds what God has done, worship is honoring God for who He is.

I believe worship and praise go hand-in-hand as long as we never forget the sovereignty of God. Yes, we should always praise Him for what He has done, as long long as, we never forget to worship Him for who He is. I used to say I worship Him because of what He's done. Today, I believe, He is to be worshipped even if He had never done anything for me. He doesn't need our worship or praise to be God. He is God! Always has been and always will be. We were created by Him and for Him.

Worship should be more than just songs. We should worship by bringing honor to Him in the way we live, the way we talk, and the way we treat others.

Are we allowing the Lord to build our house? Or are we building as if our life is our own? Child of God your life is not your own. You belong to God. Allow God to build as He sees fit. He created you for a purpose.

You see, you are HIS workmanship, HIS prized creation and masterpiece, not theirs. They did not create your destiny, they can’t cancel it! Nor are they requested by God to speak on it. This is KEY🔑 for you in this season, because where God is taking you, you can’t be bothered by the haters!
Not only does God have the final say regarding how high you go and how much you can have, ONLY JESUS determines your identity, your destiny, your name and your portion.

[3] Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. [4] Delight thyself also in the Lord ; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. [5] Commit thy way unto the Lord ; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Trust- to have hope in, to make a refuge, having a reliance in or a resting of the mind on the integrity of another. That which is the ground of confidence.

Lord, let our minds rest in the integrity of your Word. Let us be confident, if we have truly put our trust in you, that what You have said will come to pass. Help us to remember You are the ground where our confidence is found.
