Calvary Hill Church Our goal is to glorify Christ above all and to reach out into the surrounding community to spread His Gospel message according to the Word of God alone.

We are a Bible based church whose focus is to Worship, Evangelize, Minister, Disciple, & Fellowship. Our goal is to be a light to into the world by living out our faith in Jesus Christ. We would love to see at one of our Sunday services or Wednesday night Bible study! Services:
Sunday School: 10am-11am
Sunday services: Contemporary 11am-12pm
Bible study: 6pm-7pm

The purpose of

Calvary Hill Baptist Church is to fulfill the Great Commission in a warm and inviting setting. We believe Jesus Christ is to be honored above all and that the Holy Spirit can be trusted to produce holiness in those elect of Christ. Therefore the Word of God is central to and in all we do as we seek to touch our communities with the genuine love of God. Our Values:
1) We believe the Bible is without error and infallible in the original manuscripts (2 Pet. 1:19-21) and it is the final authority in faith and life. (Psalm 19:7-9)
2) We believe that the church exists to disciple the body in the ordinances and doctrines of scripture and to build individuals up in Christ as they grow in dependence on scripture to govern their life. (Eph 4:12; Hebrews 13:21)
3) We believe in community of the body to care, love and serve one another. (I Thes. 5:11; john 13:34-35)
4) We believe in reaching outside of the church body to share the good news of Jesus Christ and that every person who has trusted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior is called to spread the good news of the Gospel. (Matthew 28:19-20)

Romans chapter 8 closes with perhaps the greatest promise to those who believe in Jesus. Paul writes.”For I am sure that neither death nor life not angels nor rulers nor things present nor things to come nor powers nor height nor depth nor anything else in all of creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord!”

How I see this astounding truth play out-

For I am convinced that nothing that happens to me in this life, including dying, is strong enough to break the bond of His love for me. This is true even as it relates to powers far superior to my own, far stronger than me like angels or even demons. His love supersedes their strength and they cannot stop the flow.

This is true whether the president is a democrat or republicans or socialist or communist. They cannot even slightly impede the flow of His love regardless of what pressure they put on me through their policies, laws, edicts and actions!

Nor can the uncertainties of the future, which are many. So, I can deemphasize my worries about tomorrow because I know His love will pour out on me today, tomorrow and every tomorrow He grants. I will never be left alone to deal with ‘it’, whatever that ‘it’ May be.

Nor can the vastness of His creation cause Him to lose touch with me. Whether I am on Mt, Everest or down in Mariana’s Trench, He not only sees me He loves me. There is nothing in creation that can intercept His love and make me worse off…nothing,

Nor can the many difficulties of life like illness, disease, accidents, trauma, loss. His love shines into all these dark places.

He proved His great love when He sent His Son to take MY place on that cross and now everything else I need for His salvation to be completed in me will be provided in love through live.

His love cannot be interfered with, intercepted, derailed, garbled in transmission, muted, watered down, reduced in quality or efficacy, or faded over time. His love is always 100% effective…always for all time.

May these truths draw you closer to the One who gave it all for us!!🙏
