Counterfeit Week 2 - Sunday morning worship

Guest speaker Pastor Danny Bell delivered a message from Mark 5:25–34 titled “Sickness to Witness.”

Through the story of the woman with the issue of blood, Pastor Danny reminded us that Jesus sees the hurting, receives the desperate, and restores those who reach out to Him in faith. This woman came sick, searching, and ashamed, but after touching the garment of Jesus, she left healed, accepted, and ready to witness.

The message challenged West End Church to become “noticers”—people who see the broken, love the overlooked, and recognize when someone is “pulling on our coattail.” Everyone is somebody in the body of Christ, and God often uses the least likely people to make the greatest Gospel impact.

If you are hurting, Jesus sees you.
If you are searching, Jesus welcomes you.
If you have been changed by Jesus, someone around you needs your witness.

Defeat darkness with the Word, not with opinions or titles. It is written.

The real battleground isn't the sensational temptations—it's lying, anger, and gossip. When we cling to bitterness, we give the devil a place to call home. Choose truth, forgiveness, and love today.
