This weeks sermon was about Jesus’ parable of the sower and the seed.
(see Matthew 13)
Fr. Moses focused on the good news of Christ’s redeeming love for us,(the seed) and asked us to reflect on where it was planted in our lives, and to pray that it would always be planted, deeply on good ground (deep in our hearts)

O For an heart to praise my God A Heart from sin set free
A heart that always feels Thy blood So freely spilt for me
A heart resigned submissive, meek My dear Redeemers throne
Where only Christ is heard to speak Where Jesus reigns alone
O for a lowly contrite heart Believing true and clean
Which neither life or death can part From Him that dwells within

What an amazing and moving ordination service. Five new Deacons ordained for service and a newly ordained Priest.
The church was filled with the undeniable presence of God. What a blessing.
