This Healthy Sports Parenting Seminar brings together voices from across the youth sports world, including media, coaching, physical health, and mental health, for an honest, practical conversation about how to navigate sports in a healthier way. Rather than pushing one right way to parent, this event helps parents slow down, zoom out, and rethink what really matters, from handling pressure and disappointment to supporting growth without overdoing it. Parents will leave with a clearer mindset, simple takeaways they can actually use, and renewed confidence that they can support their kids well, protect the relationship, and enjoy the youth sports journey again.
