Please be aware the trails around Brinton House will be closed today for tree work!
This project is crucial to maintaining the safety of our campus and health of our arboretum. All the same, it's always difficult to lose trees. We'll say goodbye to three ashes on Brinton House property, and a tulip poplar, a walnut, a sycamore maple, and a yellowwood around Main House tomorrow, 5/20. This bittersweet work is made possible by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Bureau of Recreation and Conservation Environmental Stewardship Fund.
