The Wisdom Seat Podcast is growing, and we're looking for a few people to help it run well. There are three roles open, you don't need to fit all three, one is plenty.

Producer/Coordinator - keeps episodes moving from idea to published: coordinating with our editor and interviewers, scheduling guests, uploading to our podcast host. Paid, roughly 3-6 hours/week, flexible.

Editor (audio & video) - Experience with editing audio and video, using noise reduction technologies and editing based on your taste and notes from interviewer and producer. Comfort with Riverside.fm is a real plus, since that's what we record in. Paid, hours vary by episode volume.

Marketing & Archive - we have years of recorded material that's never been pored over for shareable moments, plus new episodes coming in regularly. Looking for someone who knows their way around Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to help this content be edited and made public. Paid, market hourly rate.
