Join the Thursday morning WEW group for a summer Bible study, “Love Life Again,” by Tracie Miles. Through compelling personal stories and powerful insights from Scripture, Tracie helps us identify the stumbling blocks to joy and offers tools and insights to take back control of our happiness. She reminds readers we each get only one life to live and inspires us not to take it for granted but to learn how to live the abundant lives Jesus died for us to have, despite our circumstances. The study begins June 18 at 10 a.m. Books are available at the Walla Walla Presbyterian Church office free of charge. For more information, call 509-525-1093.

We can feel powerless to calm life's chaos. It’s all too much to take on alone. But pastor and bestselling author Max Lucado has great news for us--"Help Is Here." Max reminds us that our Good Shepherd doesn't just feed us; He leads us. He does more than correct us; He directs us. God keeps us on track--and best of all, He's commissioned the Holy Spirit to guide us down the winding roads of life, wherever they may lead us. The WEW Thursday morning group will begin "Help is Here" April 30 at 10 a.m. A donation of $15 is asked for the study guide. Please contact the Walla Walla Presbyterian Church office at 509-525-1093 for more information.

Have you ever stepped out in faith only to find that the path in front of you feels harder, slower, or more confusing than you expected? Ezra and Nehemiah knew this feeling well. God stirred them to rebuild what was broken — yet every step forward required courage, perseverance, and trust that His hand was still on them when the work felt costly. The week of March 30, our WEW Zoom group begins the First 5 six-week Bible study of “Ezra & Nehemiah: Following God’s Call Even When It’s Costly.” The group will meet via zoom on April 10 for discussion of week one. Study guides are available for a donation of $15. Please contact the Walla Walla First Presbyterian Church office for more information at 509-525-1093.

This is our WEW Zoom group's next study.

Some seasons of faith leave you feeling energized and confident.

While others leave you tired, unsure, and quietly wondering if you’re still on the right path.

Maybe you’re trying to obey God, but the next step feels unclear.

Maybe you’re doing your best to stay faithful, but perseverance feels heavy.

Maybe you want direction, but all you can see right now is resistance.

Friend, we understand the feelings of uncertainty, pressure, and discouragement, especially when you’re just trying to do what God has called you to. But what if the struggle you’re facing isn’t a setback but the way God is shaping you?

That’s the powerful truth woven throughout the books of Ezra and Nehemiah. God stirred His people to rebuild what had been broken. He was at work in every step, despite the delays and disappointments.

That’s why we’re inviting you to join our upcoming First 5 study, Ezra & Nehemiah: Following God’s Call Even When It’s Costly

This six-week study is a gentle, hope-filled invitation to rebuild what has felt worn down in your faith. If you’re weary, uncertain, or longing for clarity about what God is doing in your life, this study was created with you in mind.
