If you've hit a wall in your faith walk, or you feel like your relationship with God lacks passion, join us for Bible teacher Margaret Feinberg's study, "Pursuing God, Encountering His Love and Beauty in the Bible," a journey through the book of Genesis and the Gospel of John in pursuit of a God who restores our faith in his love and fills us with the wonder of his beauty. The WEW Thursday group begins September 3, and the WEW Monday group begins September 14. Workbooks are available for a donation of $10 each. Life has a way of pulling us in a hundred different directions resulting in the quiet ache of feeling overlooked, forgotten, or disconnected, even from God. But God has always been in the business of drawing His people back to Himself. That’s the heartbeat behind 1 & 2 Chronicles: Turning to the King Who Never Turns Away. Through the stories of kings, worship leaders, and God’s faithfulness across generations, we’ll discover how worship re-centers our heart, reminds us of what’s true, and reconnects us with the God who has never stopped pursuing us. He was faithful then is still faithful now. He still sees, welcomes, and invites us into His presence. Join the Thursday morning WEW group for a summer Bible study, “Love Life Again,” by Tracie Miles. Through compelling personal stories and powerful insights from Scripture, Tracie helps us identify the stumbling blocks to joy and offers tools and insights to take back control of our happiness. She reminds readers we each get only one life to live and inspires us not to take it for granted but to learn how to live the abundant lives Jesus died for us to have, despite our circumstances.
