Congratulations to Madden Merchant, daughter of Jordan and Nathan Merchant, who was baptized by Dcn. Steve Ford following Mass at St. Mary Vinton earlier today. Madden, all decked out in her baptismal gown and bonnet, was happy and content. When it came time for pictures, her big brother, MaCoy, was ready to move on to the next thing - no doubt a celebration with all their family and friends - many of whom were present. Madden is the granddaughter of Jackie & Brad Shaw and the great granddaughter of Genny & Chuck Flatberg, all SMV parishioners! Welcome to our community of faith, Madden! We are so happy you and your family are here!

Congratulations to Jackson & Emma (Fritz) Meyer who were united in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony on Friday, May 8th at Sacred Heart Walker. Fr. Jim Brokman presided over the beautiful ceremony. Many family and friends were present to witness the joyous occasion. We pray that God will bless Emma and Jackson with many happy, faith-filled years together!
