Blue Ridge Church, we have exciting news! ❤️

We have received our very first letter from Chala! 🥰

It is such a blessing to begin building a connection with the child our church is sponsoring through Compassion International. We are so thankful for everyone at Blue Ridge Church who has helped make this possible.

We can't wait to continue sharing Chala's journey with our church family.

💙 A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM BLUE RIDGE CHURCH 💙

We are excited to share that our Blue Ridge Church family has chosen to sponsor a child through Compassion International! ❤️

Meet Chala, a sweet 7-year-old boy from Ethiopia. 🇪🇹 Chala loves playing group games and hide-and-seek, and he enjoys listening to Bible stories at Sunday School.

Through Compassion International, Chala will receive support with education, nutrition, medical care, encouragement, spiritual development and other needs, while being connected with a local church. Our sponsorship also gives us the opportunity to pray for him, encourage him and build a relationship with him.

We believe God has called us to care for children around the world, and we are honored to have Chala as part of our family. ❤️

We also want to encourage others to consider sponsoring a child. You don't have to change the whole world—sometimes God simply asks us to change one child's world.

Please join us in praying for Chala, his family, and his future. 🙏

Yesterday’s worship at Blue Ridge Church was 🔥🙌 Spirit-filled, powerful, and exactly what our souls needed!

A huge thank you to Austin Taylor for leading us into worship and creating an atmosphere where we could truly feel God’s presence. ❤️

There’s just something about worshipping together as a church family! 🙏✨
