community of Spirit filled believers whose lives have been transformed by the Holy Spirit; providing for and meeting the needs of youth in the community through mentoring and tutoring; establishing transition

al housing facilities for the homeless; providing clothing for the needy; creating a rehab center for drug addicts, a “Fresh Start Center” for ex-offenders, and a community center with a computer lab and study rooms.
