Through these conversations, we’ll amplify your voice as we advocate nationally for Black Next Gen Leaders and Next Gen Ministries in Black Churches.

ALL PARTICIPANTS are encouraged to bring one teenager from within your youth ministry. We want to ensure we include voices of youth in the conversation.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I am excited to release my official website. After years of procrastination, insecurities, and personal questioning about whether I should, I finally have took the leap forward. Thank you to many who have imparted their wisdom through the past year or so to help make this happen. Special thanks to Ron Carter, Anthony Bledsoe, Peyton Gray, and my DC DVULI fam for praying over me a year ago and helping to release me from my past ministry trauma through the years

Although I have been consulting, coaching, and developing strategic plans for years with churches and organizations, it was important for me to become " officially official".
