WHAT A BLESSED DAY OF EVANGELISM! 🙌🏽❤️🌾
Today we had the opportunity to go outside the four walls and be the hands and feet of Jesus right in our community. We went into the shopping center and stores, spreading the love of Christ through acts of kindness, genuine conversation, encouragement, giving, and most importantly, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
We were blessed to financially bless others, even paying for some of their purchases. But what touched my heart the most wasn’t what we were able to give financially it was the lives that were touched through simple conversations, love, and the presence of Jesus Christ.
We had the opportunity to speak with people about their faith and, most importantly, to make sure they knew Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal Savior. Seeds were planted today! 🌱
We also encountered a couple who shared that they did not have a church home, and they told us that we would see them soon! I am trusting and believing God that they will come through those doors. We may have encountered them in a shopping center, but God already knew where that divine connection would take place.
This is why we must continue to GO!
Jesus called us to be fishers of men. We cannot simply wait for people to come inside the church. We have been commissioned to go outside the four walls, meet people where they are, demonstrate the love of Christ, and share the Gospel.
As we continue spreading acts of kindness and sharing the love of Jesus, I believe God will use us to draw people into the house of God, where they can be loved, taught, trained, discipled, equipped, and prepared for whatever calling and assignment God has placed upon their lives.
Today was bigger than paying for someone’s purchase. It was ministry. It was evangelism. It was seed planting. It was demonstrating Jesus through both our words and our actions.
Some plant. Some water. But GOD gives the increase! 🙌🏽
Church, let’s keep going. Let’s keep serving. Let’s keep loving. Let’s keep planting seeds. And let’s keep going after souls!
Outside the four walls is where the harvest is. 🌾
Jesus said, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” — Matthew 4:19
May every seed that was planted today produce a harvest for the Kingdom of God.
