This is what humanities looks like here. Not a worksheet. Not a summary video. A teacher who loves the Great Books standing at the board, showing students how a master storyteller opens an epic that has captivated the Western imagination for nearly three thousand years.

Today is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. Join us at All Saints this evening at 6:30 for Divine Service with the Imposition of Ashes.

Ash Wednesday is tomorrow; we begin the penitential season of Lent. At All Saints, the Imposition of Ashes will be given at the morning Matins service (8:15am) and at evening Mass (6:30pm).

We begin this holy time of preparation gathered around the holy Word and blessed Sacraments, as we lament our sins and look forward to the celebration of our salvation during Holy Week and Easter.
