Life Changers Outreach Fellowship (LCOF) is an outreach ministry under the covering and shepherding of Universal Church of Prayer & Deliverance, Inc. (UCOPAD), whose leadership is Founding Pastor, Bishop Allie V. LCOF is a ministry that has been designed by God. The purpose of this ministry is to allow God to use us to call repentance, healing, and deliverance to the Body of Christ. Our most impor
tant and greatest task is to please God by walking in obedience to God through prayer and supplications to win souls to Christ. Our ministry is designed to compel men and women, as well as children of all ages to come to Christ. Once they have received and accepted Christ, we want to help take them to the next level, and help them develop a personal relationship with God. LCOF has also been ordained to impart the Word of God and to pull the gifts of God out of each individual person so that God can get the glory out of them. Our prayer is that God rest, rule, and abide in this ministry. We welcome the move of God in all services and endeavors so that God can carry out His will the way He sees fit.
