is an interdenominational, interracial Christian ministry of reconciliation that has been serving NC prisons since 1972. The ministry is conducted by trained volunteers who lead weekly meetings of small groups inside North Carolina’s prisons. Yokefellow is a ministry of listening, sharing, caring, encouragement, and support provided by community volunteers from the “outside” yoked in fellowship wi

th those on the “inside” through weekly small group meetings. Yokefellow employs two part-time staff to handle administrative aspects of the ministry, and everyone else volunteers.
