Every summer we raise funds to send all of the kids at the Children's Home in Middlesex to Galaxy Fun Park! They get lunch and a t-shirt, too.
This gives children a fun and healthy day out of the heat. They all love it and look forward to it every year.

Matthew 25:35-40 is on my mind because our dear brother in Christ, Jay Hoy, won the Russell Dew award from the Koinania Foundation! He and his absolutely beautiful bride, Melodie Coffey Hoy, always live out that scripture from Our Blessed Savior.

We've known the Hoy Family all my life and they do more in secret for those in need in a day than some folks do in a lifetime.

We love you, Melodie and Jay Hoy and all the dear Hoy family! Thank you for always challenging us to be more open-hearted as the Body of Christ.

It's another beautiful day in the neighborhood! Happy Wednesday!
As we are entering into the Sacred Fast of Jesus' suffering, we think about cleaning up our acts--our minds and our bodies.

Angel challenge for Western NC from Triple D! He says he will give 250.00 if we can get five folks to give 50.00 or more by 1pm today.

The Hoys are taking supplies to Western NC tomorrow--we still need to finish off the toothbrushes, toothpaste, baby bottles and more urgent needs.
