Hawai‘i is the only state in the nation that is experiencing faster growth in church attendance than in its population, and yet the number of people who attend evangelical churches in Hawai‘i remains lower than eight percent. Many of those believers are mired in a soul-sapping approach to faith that says God will help us reach our innate potential and find personal fulfillment if we earn his favor

through the right attitudes and actions. While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us, and he now reigns over an expanding kingdom on earth. Centered in this freeing reality, we believe Jesus will bring true life, transformation, and God-glorifying ministry success as the Holy Spirit applies the biblical gospel to our lives, families, and congregations.
