Pleasant Grove showed up with heart, purpose, and a whole lot of HOPE yesterday! We are so proud to have participated in this meaningful fundraiser and to come home with the first-ever Kingdom Cup trophy! 🏆

The HOPE fundraiser is about more than a competition—it’s about coming together to support a greater cause, make a difference, and share God’s love with others. Blessing of the Backpacks! 🎒🙏

The little ones walked in proudly with their backpacks today! It isn’t every day you take your school backpack to church. ❤️

Our own Becky—but to so many in our community, Ms. Flake, and to her little ones at Lilesville, Principal Flake—gave each student a little survival kit and a prayer to tuck into a pocket of their backpack.

She prayed over each child and their backpack, sending them off with a little extra encouragement, a reminder that they are loved, and most importantly, covered in prayer as they begin a new school year. 🎒📚🙏

What a sweet way to start the school year! đź’™
