Saturday (5/2) we hosted a special Mental Health & Wellness Activity in honor of Mother’s Day, where participants created their own bath salts as a form of self-care and relaxation. 💜
This activity was designed to encourage intentional moments of rest, reflection, and personal wellness reminding each participant that taking care of yourself is not a luxury, but a necessity.
Through this hands-on experience, we were able to promote:✨ Stress reduction✨ Mindfulness and relaxation✨ Healthy self-care practices
Each participant left with a personalized “Self-Care in a Jar” and a gentle reminder: You deserve this moment.
This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting mental health and wellness within our community, and aligns with our efforts to create safe, supportive spaces where individuals can recharge and feel valued.
We are grateful for the opportunity to continue this work and look forward to hosting more activities that uplift, empower, and care for the whole person. 💐
