Jonathan Rippentrop is a great blessing to our Church, and had recently been experiencing some shoulder issues. After having gone to the doctor for some check up's and testing, he got some news that he wasn't expecting. They found a mass/tumor that is growing in his shoulder that will require surgery. At this point it is uncertain whether the tumor is cancerous, but they know that it is causing significant issues as it is affecting his bone, and causing it to become brittle. He is having further testing done as soon as possible in Fargo.
Please lift him up in prayer as there is some uncertainty and it weighs on a person who is anxiously waiting for results. We know that we serve a GOD who is more than capable of healing, but we rest on HIS divine purpose and trust HIM with the outcome.

Current record stands at 2W-2L. It was a great and fun game against the Verndale Area Christian Academy. Beautiful night for a game enjoying some great fellowship with other believers!

We are on the final week of our series, ‘wHOlLY’ as we dive into what it means to love GOD with all of our strength.
As we wrap up this series, comes the start of another titled, ‘DID GOD REALLY SAY?’ as we tackle a growing issue within the Church body… questioning Biblical clarity, as a result of cultura trends. We will dive into what is clear, and go even further by looking at how these compromises result in the same experiences recording in the fall of humanity in the garden.

While Steven Spielberg’s statement may seem exaggerated, it highlights a deeper reality: many who identify as Christians struggle to remain grounded in their understanding of God and humanity’s place in the universe. Rather than carefully examining what they believe, many feel pressured to abandon biblical revelation and exchange it for popular cultural theories without critically examining the evidence.

If we are serious about our faith, we must be willing to dig deeper, ask difficult questions, and learn how to thoughtfully defend what we claim to believe according to scripture.

The rain didn’t let up, but it didn’t stop the game, or our cheer squad. After maintaining a lead against the Wadena Alliance (1) throughout the entire game, it all came down to the final inning as Epicenter had a 6 point lead. However, the Wadena Alliance closed the gap and ended with the win on a very late game. Final score: 22-21. Join us next week as we go up against VACA on field 4.

Yesterday we prayed for one of our graduating teens that is headed to boot camp, and others that are headed to Camp JIM for the summer to volunteer in different capacities. We are excited for them… but will miss having them around our community, at Church, and tonight’s softball game.
With that being said, two things we encourage you to do: first of all, continue to hold them up in prayer. Second thing is, we need everyone to step up to the plate… literally! Join us for our late Church softball game this evening at 8:20 on Field 1. I know we just got done talking about the importance of getting rest, but you had all Sunday to recover… 😉 Warm up and line up starts at 8pm, and we hope you will join us!
